What a booth quote is built from
Trade show t-shirt printing pricing
Booth printing is quote-based because a two-hour product launch and a three-day national expo are not the same job. Here is exactly what moves the number.
A single staffed station for a local Southern California show starts around $5,000. That covers the crew, presses, tables, transfers, and a set shirt allotment for the day. From there the quote scales with the inputs below.
| Driver | What it changes | Typical |
|---|---|---|
| Show hours | Crew time including setup and teardown | $250/hr |
| Stations | Parallel presses to clear rush aisles | 1–3+ |
| Shirt volume | Blanks pulled per day and sizes stocked | Bulk |
| Blank quality | Bella+Canvas 3001 vs. Gildan basics | Per garment |
| Artwork prep | Print-ready logo vs. cleanup and color match | Flat |
| Travel | Outside OC / LA / SD service area | +$900 |
How exhibitors usually budget
Most booths book a flat station rate that bundles the crew, equipment, and a shirt allotment, then buy blanks in bulk on top. It keeps a multi-day show predictable instead of metering every press. If you expect surge traffic during a keynote break, we add a second station for those hours rather than overstaffing the whole day.
What to send for a fast quote

- Booth size and how many power drops you can give us.
- Target shirts per day and whether you want badge-scan lead capture.
- Your logo file and whether it is print-ready or needs art prep.
