Booth station menu
Every station is engineered for a convention floor: compact footprint, a single 20-amp drop, low noise, and a crew that keeps the line moving so your reps stay in conversations.
Our workhorse booth station is live DTF heat pressing. We pre-print your artwork onto full-color transfers, then press them onto blanks the moment an attendee picks a size. Colors are vivid, the print is soft and washable, and a finished tee takes under a minute at the platen. On Bella+Canvas 3001 or Gildan 5000 blanks it looks like retail, not a swag-bag afterthought.
Why it wins on a trade show floor: no screens to reclaim, no minimum runs, and no smell. One operator can move 40 to 70 shirts an hour, and two stations side by side clear a lunch-rush aisle without a bottleneck.

Richardson 112 and Flexfit caps with pressed patches or embroidered marks. A premium keepsake for booths that want to stand out from the tee crowd.
Canvas totes and UV DTF tumblers. Attendees carry them the rest of the show, turning every aisle into signage for your booth.
For high-volume single-color runs we can set a manual screen station — useful for staff shirts or a bold one-color show design at scale.
Left-chest logos on polos and caps for a sponsor-grade finish when the booth needs something dressier than a press.
Match your booth team and print partner or on-floor deal shirts on demand for press moments and closing photos.
Merch Troop brings the presses, tables, transfers, blanks, and a trained crew in Merch Troop or your-branded shirts. You provide the booth space, one power drop per station, and print-ready artwork — or hand us a logo file and we prep it. We handle setup before doors, teardown after, and a clean handoff of any leftover inventory.

Show name and dates, booth footprint and power, daily attendance, target shirts per hour, and whether your logo is print-ready or needs art prep.
